I like to integrate various treatment therapies to best meet the needs and goals of my clients using a person-centered approach that recognizes and respects the uniqueness of each individual. I considers it a privilege to partner with my clients and be a part of their growth and transformation into health and wholeness.
I have over 25 years of experience working with a variety of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, childhood or recent trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, parenting and adoption issues, and Christian counseling by specific client request.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New Hampshire, as well as a being licensed and having practiced in a number of other states. Upon graduating from UCLA with my MSW I began working with folks from many different backgrounds and with a wide range of experiences. I also enjoy working with children and teens as well as adults.
